Lemon, Ginger and Honey Drink

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup ice cubes

1 spoon ginger

2 spoons honey

1 Lemon sliced with peel

1/4 cup water

Put the lemon juice in the jug of the mixer

Add ginger and water to the lemon mixture, then add honey

Add ice and mix for 3 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth

Pour the juice into glasses, add lemon slices and serve cold

Quantity is enough for two people
